Dubstep/Break Beat/Drum&Bass, using the Video Looping technique.
Video Looping is a technique where a musician or a DJ composes using video loops instead of simple audio loops. Compositing the video clip is then an automated procedure. Capturing audio and video simultaneously and synchronizing them in to one single file are the most critical points. The software that made that possible is Ableton Live, where you can manipulate the clips as ordinary audio events but the changes will be automatically applied to the video. Quantizing, for example, will be applied both to the audio and video with a simple click. If you are done composing then you render it and voila... the video is ready. The perfect technique for video songs, it is almost impossible to fail the rules. You need a technological breakthrough for a PC and Ableton to deal with Lives glitches for which I have spend hours fighting with.
