I suppose it had to be negative in attitude - this style of music doesn't goes with: 'Hey everyone, we live in a super town with lots of economic and environmental advantages' (besides which, that doesn't scan).
But as far as I'm aware it's the first song ever about our lovely town, and we need to be proud of it!
