Squirrel-Cage Rotor

On the morning of 25th October 2007, I had an "Electrical Applications" class and I had to explain the principle of operation of 3-phase squirrel-cage motor.
My class like to drink the orange-juice brand Rani. Let see the link between Rani and this type of motor. This motor was invented by Nikola Tesla at the end of the nineteenth century but it still amazes many engineers!
