@no1diamondgeezer The singing corner was based in Leazes Corner Level 7 and was open to anyone, at the end of last season Ashley extended the Family area into Leazes Corner, the family area is only open to youngsters and families meaning the regulars who were over the age of 16 were forced to move seats. He got rid of the singing area to stop abusive chants about him and probably just to infuriate people further.
