Hi! How satisfied are ESP / LTD Viper 1000? Are the SD pickups are good enough for rock / heavy music like EVH, Extreme, Satch, Vai, Gilbert, etc. ..? I bought the same guitar, but it alternates between this and Malmsteen Stratocaster guitar. What amp and effects you used? Thanks a lot!

What is neck like compared to epiphone for example? And what about this SD custom 5? To what kind of music it's good? Does it happen that in these models neck might be heavier than the body? Thanks in advance :)

@MrBavelaar its got a duncan custom 5 in the bridge and a seymour 59 in the neck. depends what pickups are in the gibson, but these have a little more edge to them..theyre good for metal/hard rock. maybe some blues.
