USS Eisenhower: Boots-on-the-Deck

"The USS Eisenhower hosted a Boots-on-the-Deck event on April 12, providing an opportunity for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviation leaders to engage directly with Sailors and get a first-hand look at some of Ike's successful process improvement efforts. Naval Aviation Enterprise leaders participate in several Boots-on-the-Deck and Boots-on-the-Ground events each year in order to see Sailors and Marines implementing Enterprise tools and processes as well as provide leadership support in addressing readiness barriers.
