It is precisely because Richard Stallman is not at tool that he says such honest, unpopular things.
I fail to see how Jobs did anything good. Wozniak did some interesting things early on. But all Jobs ever did was take other people's ideas, dress them up, rebrand them, and present them as his own.
Mac OS X, with its modified CDE panel/dock, is just BSD with pretty pictures on top.

I wouldn't expect anything else from Stallman. Free software to him is on the level of a religion in which Jobs and Gates are literally evil.

Dennis Ritchie perhaps contributed more to the world than Steve Jobs did yet gets little recognition when he died. Apple software is over priced and over rated.
RMS is too honest for his own good but he is fundamentally correct in what he said. Maybe he could have worded it differently though.
You should not knock Mr. Stallman (e.g. the flash jibe), without him we'd never have the wonderful GNU/Linux OS!

Stallman IS A GURU! As every Guru he looks n sounds wierd. But what he did and sayd is worth to think about and honor it.
