Green Apple Smoothie Recipe
8oz filtered water
8oz organic pure apple juice
1 tbsp flax seed oil
wheatgrass
1 tbsp lecithin
2 tbsp psyllim husk
pineapple slices
1 whole apple (not including the core)
1 cup raw green cabbage
-----------------------------------------------
Psyllium husk is the covering of seeds grown on the plant, Plantago Psyllium, which flourishes in the Middle East. Psyllium husk has long been recognized as an excellent means of getting more dietary fiber into a persons diet due to its high fiber count in comparison to other grains. Oat bran, also a good source of fiber, has about five grams of fiber per a third of a cup. Psyllium husk, on the other hand, offers approximately 71 grams of fiber for that same third of a cup.

Lecithin (Nervous, Circulatory) is a fatlike substance called a phospholipid. It is produced daily by the liver if the diet is adequate. It is needed by every cell in the body and is a key building block of cell membranes; without it, they would harden. Lecithin protects cells from oxidation and largely comprises the protective sheaths surrounding the brain. It is composed mostly of B vitamins, phosphoric acid, choline, linoleic acid and inositol. Although it is a fatty substance, it is also a fat emulsifier. Hence, it supports the circulatory system. Its choline is useful for making acetylcholine.

Moroccan Mud: Rare mineral clay, mined deep within the mountains of North Africa, actually softens skin as it draws out impurities. Its unique mineral composition displaces toxic build up in the skin. I love it!

You can buy it from http://www.africaimports.com or anyone else who sells it.
