Hatchet job! Congressman Paul holds this view, as do a lot of us: The Drug was hasn't: 1. Brought less narcotics use. 2. Brought peace to the streets. 3. Made narcotics less attractive to the American public. Guess what HAS happened instead? Narcotics use has skyrocketed, the streets are less safe, millions of people rot in prison when they could be in rehab and back to work, making a living for themselves and their families. The war on drugs is a total failure.

Yes, he did say he didn't back it 100%, buy why would you put this on youtube?!? It is ridiculous! The war on drugs needs to end and this video doesn't even address any facts that show WHY Ron is correct, especially in respect to the 10th amendment!
