Ok, I want to try this out, but I need some help. Where can I get an invisible glass?

I'm really surprised a professional didn't rinse the filter first! Drop the paper in the cap, run it under water for a second. It washes away any paper taste AND makes the paper stick when you turn it upside down.

You get more flavour using less coffee with the aeropress and it does not over brew like it does in a french press. Also the aeropress is shatter proof and easy to clean the old coffee pops out the bottom almost dry so you can pop it out into the bin.

That might be true if you're talking about pure quality rubber. I haven't used the Aeropress so I'm not sure of that quality of the rubber, but I know my MochaPot had a rubber gasket that smelled like something from A Dollar store and took many many washings and uses to finally get rid of the toxic rubber flavour. I'm guessing Aeropress uses better rubber though. Still, I'd be hesitant to brew in plastic. Glass is best (but fragile).

press time can be 20 seconds, but probably not shorter - especially with the paper filter. my method is: 200ml water 14g coffee (between espresso and filter grind) (Inverted) Put coffee in aeropress put water straight off boil into aeropress 25 sec bloom 5 sec vigorous agitation (stirring) (30 sec) 70 sec steep (1 min 40 sec) 20 sec press (2 min total) Yields approx. 170ml cup. I think I might make a video...

I don't think you quite understand much about materials chemistry or even what a vacuum is, for that matter. Rubber is prized for its stability and thermodynamic inertness; it pretty much will never break down, and as a result it doesn't leach any of its components either.
