@skithbs it was held in BOTH they had 3 days in Presque Isle then 3 Days in Fort Kent i should know me and my class went to the Nordic heritage center in PI to see it

The IBU World Cup was held in Fort Kent, not Presque Isle. The IBU Cup was held in Presque Isle.
