Part 3 of 3. A BBC2 Landmark Documentary explores The Alexander Film Archive, first discovered in 1997 by Cultural Media Producer Stef Bate.

The Rare collection of 16mm cinefilms (13,000 ft) were restored/researched by Stef and his team at cultural production company ValleyStream Media, North Wales over several years. The collection is now acknowledged by historians and film institutes as an important national film treasure.

Stef worked with BBC producer Peter Trollope towards the first broadcast on UK National TV in 2002/3. The BBC Landmark Documentary was nominated for a Royal TV Society Award.
