For most of us, December 25th marks a special day every year where memories are cherished with a loved one, and an elaborate meal is prepared and enjoyed around a beautifully-decorated table. We are surrounded with those we care most about, and our busy lives temporarily stop so that we can reflect and take pleasure in the people and things most important to us.

In all this joyous celebration, most of us fail to realize how privileged we are to be able to revel in our prosperity. We reach for the biggest ham, prepare the most lavish feast and exchange outrageous gifts, and we forget there are families around us who do not have the resources or abilities to provide what we so routinely enjoy every Christmas.

Operation White Christmas is The Protect and Serve Foundation's effort to provide a similarly delightful Christmas for these less fortunate families by delivering baskets of food and toys enough for an entire meal and crowded Christmas tree. We're raising money, collecting donations and asking for helping hands so that we can bring smiles to children, tears to grateful parents and love to everyone's hearts this holiday!

You Can Help In Two Ways
(Both are beyond appreciated)

Donate

It is amazing how far a small amount of money can go in creating this wonderful experience for families in need. Donations of any amount within your reach are graciously accepted, and they can be made by sending a check to Operation White Christmas or by debit/credit card.

Volunteer

On Sunday, December 18th 2011 we need your hands! Using 100% of the money we raise in donations, we'll be assembling "White Christmas" packages and anonymously delivering them to as many pre-selected needy families as possible. These packages will include all the necessities for a Christmas Day including a turkey, treats, and toys for the children.
