The motivational buzz can be addictive, as can being in a positive environment.

@julier24life I agree that the 40-60 year plan is no solution. No argument there.
...Where I get hazy is the documented 99.6% attrition rate within Amway being wholly ignored and discounted by IBO's who are receiving drip-fed motivational fixes (at a price) and the defensiveness they exhibit regardless of the fact that they are earning nothing, and are no more than 6 months away from dropping out of "the business"
That's not sound business judgement, it's Cult assimilation.
