Suddenly || XMFC; Erik & Charles (AU)

WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS for X-Men: First Class and a bunch of other movies starring James McAvoy & Michael Fassbender! (Credits included below.)

EEEEEEP I finished this, after much plotting, lol! :P The story is pretty much an AU where Erik and Charles' past lives are intertwined together. It's kind of dark but the end is, well.. let's just say its different from the original one in the movie.. x)

STORY

Erik and Charles's lives have always been linked throughout history, but they could never be together. Fate has always torn them apart.

- England, 1790

Charles is lost and finds himself in Erik's property. Being the gentleman that he is, Erik lets Charles stay with him for a while. They slowly start to fall for each other. But in that period, its not natural for two males to be in love with each other. So Charles leaves Erik, trying to live a lie. In the end, though, that doesn't work out either. He returns to Erik to ask for his forgiveness.

(I'm not sure what happens next after that. :P You can imagine a happy scenario for them if you'd like! :)

- France, 1930

Charles is a soldier stationed in France. But before he was there, he had met a certain German who was willingly becoming a spy for Charles's country. (Let's just say Erik has some disagreements about his country's direction.) They meet before they both depart for their mission. At first Charles has a disagreement with Erik but in the end they are drawn to each other.

Their relationship ends in tragedy however cause Charles dies during battle.

- Originally Erik had left Charles with the remaining X-Team... but in the end Erik chooses a different path in which he doesn't abandon Charles.
