Why does everyone talk about them and they're influence like they're fucking dead? If the Pixies prove anything it's that you can be the coolest people around in 1990 and still be the coolest people around in 2012. Inspirational or what?!

@OfficerInfusion The Pixies are not underrated. they are very rated by good music consumers, musicians and critics. They are one of the foundation stone and turning point in music history. they didn’t become big as U2 because of understandable reasons of their alternative sound and music. But still they made very nice way. The musical influence on musicians was Similar to was the velvet underground (but much more successful) starting from Kurt Cobain to Radiohead.
