I can´t fucking believe it´s practically his FIRST job as an actor. Man when someone has the talent it works right from the very beginning! He´ll be in On The Road as Jack Kerouac and I just CAN´T WAIT. Sam Riley is one of the best actors of his generation, easily!

I liked the film a lot, especially because it reflects the real feelings of people during the 70/80. There was a huge change between being "in" and "out" of society. Joy Division was a pioneer (such as were the Sex Pistols with Anarchy in the UK). My parents did not allow me to buy the LP's of them (I did it anyway). Greetings to ya all

@kikourouiade38 i disagree - i think the way bernard sumner worked around his own limitations as a guitarist at that time was part of what made joy division sound interesting and original.
