I just started my day one today ;-) This is my 2nd attempt. The first time I did it for 3 and a half days and this time I plan to go all the way.

@deathbunny12 I ended up losing 27 lbs and cleansed my body at the same time. I stopped making the videos part way through the diet because of computer problems. I did the cleanse again and brought my weigh down even more. I also started eating 2 eggs a day in the morning (ate them half an hour apart)which also surprisingly made me lose weight...and others I told to try eating eggs also lost weight.
