I think the point of the animation is just that equal treatment is often incredibly easy and entirely reasonable and requires only a moment's thought to figure it out.

If we've done something wrong for a million years . . . that doesn't necessarily mean that it will take any effort whatsoever to start doing it right today.

The same is true for decent treatment of people whose skin color is slightly different, or religious beliefs.

This video is really nice. It clearly shows how men and women should have equal opportunity in life. also, they should also be given equal treatment for the things that they do. If they are doing the same task, they should also be given the same reward or price.

This video is so wrong in so many ways...

...but the one thing...

1 Coal miners are treated equally? No, because all coal miners are men

2. Roofers are treated equally? No, because all roofers are men

3. Construction workers are treated equally? No because all Con.Wrks. are men.

4. Bricklayers are treated equally? No because all bricklayers are men.

5. Men and women are treated equally? No because all hard jobs are done by men, and women just complain about inequality.

I love how ironic this is.

The woman works just as hard as the man, and receives less than the man.

Then the woman puts on a poor performance because she is depressed, and is given exactly the same as the man, who in this instance, worked harder.

There are then two men holding up the European flag; here we have Europe's true attitude to equality.

This is pretty much the EU in a nutshell. Reward those who do not deserve it, thus promoting inequality.

If a woman and a man both put in an equal effort with identical duties in, say a bricklaying job, yet the woman only gets half the work done, does she deserve to get paid the same amount? Did she deserve the job in the first place? I suppose this is a bit of a problem from an employer's perspective with discrimination laws. I've never seen a woman get paid less than a man when they both produce the same output, this gender inequality thing seems to just be feminist propaganda.

Life is not dependent on the math equation...even the equality does not mean it should be the same...we are equal towards the extent which should benefit the whole of human community...am I right?

It is human nature to fit into stereotypes (it lessens the chance of disruption and keeps stability, but it also eliminates any chance for change).
