  • @ElBote54 It depends heavily on water conditions, location and species of fish you are going for as well as the species you are imitating. Basically you could write a whole book on streamer presentation, in fact there are many written soley on that. Alot of it is just trial and error figuring out what works on your home waters.

  • Just Once! - I'd like to see someone show how to FISH a streamer effectively - stripping / retrieving technique!

    as to fishing weighted flies... there's a time and place for everything. The same thing can be accomplished with a sinking head/short leader and you'll get a better "connection" with your streamer.
