The manta is a group B and was introduced as one, but the askona was a group 4. The manta is the group B evo of askona.

The Lancia Delta is part of the group B and is one of the best!

brutal 5 cilinder turbo sound .. Lancia delta S4 was in y.1985 and the END of Groupe B is in y1986.. Delta hf and integrale is after y1986 sure Group A .. Audi was afraid of competition meybe :)

@gasixteenb11 the reason the audis make that fluttering noise isnt from a blow off valve or diverter valve its actually the waste-gate not fully closing they didnt have blow off valves or diverter valves it releases to much bost the fluttering is from compression surge and and more or less the turbo bearing being destroyed you can get blow off valves that make those noise but its not the same thing

the 037 and the Delta s4 were group B,but the delta hf's and integrales came after the group B ban,so were in group A.

i'm pretty sure the manta was transferred into the group b class from gp.4....
remember it not being eligable for certain rounds of the 87 BRC after gp.b was banned.
