  • IMO Queensryche is a much underrated band pretty much through their years...never got the true high recognition they deserve. There are few bands that can give the voice/ performance/ lyrics/ musicianship that these guys have given in the past and now. They have grown and adapted through the years and though'the newer stuff' may not be of the caliber of the early years, it still rocks all Queensryche. All I can say is THANK YOU for all the years of great music to live by, hope there are many more

  • this is fuckin great

  • goddamn this just puts me back in a great place

  • I never quite understood why they chose this footage for their videoclip and never mixed parts of this OUTSTANDING performance on it. It would be so fucking awesome!!

  • I haven't eeeeeeeeeeeeeever heard anything better!

  • @pbr6430 The note itself isn't that hard, I think it's the way he builds up to it, that makes it so difficult to replicate, it starts out with him holding a pretty deep note, and then he goes wicked high. Like in Hallowed Be Thy Name when Bruce says running looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow, and he builds up high, and screeches.

  • What can you say - when music was music, not like these new bands today who seemed to have missed quite a few music lessons. This concert is the shit. The dvd is out at maximumsound for a mere $12. Queensryche was always on a different wavelength than other bands and their IQ shows it.

  • @pbr6430

    truth!

  • any -love- button available?

  • Hitting that high note on 'Take Hold' is basically the same as hitting a grand slam in baseball. In my mind, it's still the high water mark for any vocalist. Try singing along to it in your car. You'll probably crap out on that high note, like I always do. Geoff didn't always hit that note (and simply can't these days), but when he did, it was magic.

  • I love them...saw them so many times

  • EPIC!!!!! Nuf said.
