@goldenismonica You're right,but that's near the governors office,so those parked cars you see @0;22-6 are official cars,so there was probably a press briefing going on or something. Also this area is known as the 'Old residency' because this was the colonial administrative area,that's why the roads are narrow,'cos they were build before cars came to Calabar.
About the greenness.........YYYYEEEEAAA!

love the video, thanks for the tour! but people should not be parking on the side like that when the road is already narrow as it is.
but calabar is very beautiful and very green.
