Why does being disabled mean you can't dance or be physical? I don't see any competition here, I see people having fun together, each, in their own way.

We as disabled dancers don't compete with the able bodied, we dance WITH them.
Thats the whole point...comraderie. Where have you heard of that in any other sport for disabled?

I've been a full time wheelchair user all of my life,and i can't think of anything more nausiating than the idea of Wheelchair dancing..why do disabled people try to COMPETE with the abled bodied??? why? as individuals we all have our own skills and they don't neccessarily have to be PHYSICAL ..
