Does Jones Gaba Work?

This is my experiment with Jones Gaba Tea supplement. They sent me a case to test for virtualteachingassistant.com and I saw quite a big improvement, I'd recommend it to anyone who has trouble with creative flow problems or is experiencing writers block. Yeah, this stuff was at Big Lots for 50 cents a can. Not very pricy at all.

Thanks for the great review! I just found some of this stuff at the local "Big Lots" store for .80/can. If it works good I may go back and buy out the whole shelf!

@xirons No, no side effects at all. If you take more than 1500 mg than you may experience the opposite effects on what it was made for. Kind of like drinking coffee lol. Like me, who has anxiety issues quite a bit, I take 750 mg and that works for me. If you are thinking about taking GABA than you should.

@GarretC1 some people say that use of gaba has severe side effects (like anxiety) once you stop taking them..have you experienced anything negative so far?

GABA rules. I take GABA for my Panic Attacks and it works wonders.

If you "suck" at sudoku then this test is rigged. Of course your going to preform better the second time around. You just had the first one as practice, and if you don't play soduko a lot that practice is going to vastly improve you the next time around.
