Basil and Olivia-Your Guardian Angel

Warning: LOTS of white flashes, so be cautious when watching, please.

Plot: Basil promises Olivia that he will protect her, like a father, until they are able to find Mr.Flaversham. Basil later falls in love with Olivia and repeats the promise but with a different meaning. Basil fights to protect Olivia from Ratigan and he wins the fight. Ratigan, ever the actor, pleads for his life and says he has been changed. Basil feels pity for his enemy and lets him live. Later, Ratigan comes back and attacks Basil, taking him to Big Ben so he can finish the detective off. Mr. Flaversham, Dr. Dawson, and Olivia rush to find the two. They get to Big Ben just in time to find Basil taking Ratigan off the side of the clock and down into the darkness. Neither of them emerge. Weeks later, still stricken with grief, Dr. Dawson promises Olivia that he will protect her, in memory of Basil of Baker Street. (Which explains the last clip.)

As I stated on my other Great Mouse Detective video, I don't care if Basil is considered a pedophile. It's incredibly cute and I adore the pairing. And yes, Basil dies again. :( Very sad. The first part is my new opening that I made. Sorry if I repeat clips, I try not to do that, but it's difficult when using a short movie. Hope you like it. I own nothing other than my imagination.

Forgot to add this in the video but the last song is Gave It All Away by Red. Hope Youtube doesn't take my video down because of it. The video song is Your Guardian Angel by the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and the movie is The Great Mouse Detective, owned by Disney.

I think the fact that it's not only pairing a 20/6 year old, but a 20 year old and 6 year old MOUSE is a bit disturbing....I think it's due to the fact that their both awesome characters and they have a cute relationship and Olivia is the only female in the movie besides a chorus girl. And would you rather Ratigan/Olivia or Dawson/Olivia?

Anyone know if the dvd was edited? I have the vhs, but I was thinking of getting the dvd, but afraid to. Cause I know a popular thing these days is editing out the "inappropiate" parts of older good movies, and then reselling them for our new "enlightened" age.
