New Chicago 2011 Mayoral Candidates Forum

In this video from the New Chicago 2011 Mayoral Candidates Forum, top mayoral candidates Danny Davis, Gery Chico, Miguel del Valle, James Meeks, Carol Moseley Braun and Patricia Watkins were asked to state their views on issues of housing, immigration, violence, job creation and education.

The forum was organized by 27 community groups, including JCUA, and drew more than 2,900 people from across the city.

New Chicago 2011 is a multi-racial, multi-ethnic coalition of Chicago residents standing together for a set of shared principles to ensure families in Chicago have a safe, vibrant and equitable future.
