John Piper quoted out of the book "Spiritual Depression" by D. Martyn Loyd-Jones, I only read the first chapter/sermon (which is the one Piper quoted from) and so far it is great. Lloyd-Jones is an extremely analytical man and I recommend that anyone dealing with spiritual depression should quickly pick it up and give it a read.

At the end of the clip Pastor John meant to say Romans 8, not Psalm 8. Both are good though. :)
