For Some crimes the cop can write a ticket for the violation BUT you need to PROVIDE a positive ID, usually state ID of some kind. Other wise the cop take you to jail until some one will swear to your id and risk jail if they lie. Or you are held until a judge will let your ass out of jail

The first part of video it kind of looked like that person was some what of a public nuisance. So it was the fact the dipshit was braking a law of having no venders license. NOT for not showing his ID. Then he was struggling some what with the cop. So you do have resisting arrest. It is hard to tell with out the audio along first part of the video.

what are you guys talking about this cop isn't bad he even admittited some cops don't do their job right (he should have said are messed up in the head) but he didn't get that mad and was calm and handled it very well so good job cop

soulgnc what country you livin in? free speech is a HUGE part of our country and just because another PERSON is wearing a uniform and a badge doesnt mean we have to keep our mouths shut. trust me i've had to go to court for it before when a cop tried to arrest my friend because they THOUGHT he was stealing. and they couldnt do shit to either of us, so fuck off.
