I see a new segment on this every year with the same ole city manager and powers blowing it all off. Seems like he doesnt give a daMM about the lame city codes and just wants to poke the uptight city in the eye.

Greedy corrupted officials trying to make a big deal out of anything to cash in on a few extra bucks. I can't even comprehend how dumb some people these days, I mean come on since when do you need a building permit to build a snowman. I guess being so close to Russia, a little communism rubbed off on the Alaskan officials.
