How exactly did you make it? I've made mine, it's cool enough to touch but it doesn't hold together like yours. I tried rubbing it first and everything and when I try to rip it back it just remains there. Is there anything you have to put in it to make it hold?

@ChibiAlly You can use it the same way I do, after making it, let it cool off. When it´s cool, after an hour or so, you can use the ball method. You simply take a piece of wax out your container, make it a bit softer by rubbing it, and then you can just use that. That´s the way I do it, I hope this helps.
