Have to say that as far as I can tell this video didn't provide any evidence at all of past or present civilization exiting on Mars. That being said, I do have this strong feeling that I can't explain which makes me think Mars may have been the home to humans or the ancestors of humans. Possibly there are even still intelligent life forms on Mars that we are even distantly related to. What is that rusty artifact near the end of the video?

@55vdub Compression is an common algorithm or CODEC, so it will be the same across all photos. The compression used on these pics plus the reassembly of transmitted data (which is text converted into image, by the way) will cause these sort of anomalies and they will look the same from photo to photo.
