It is for people that are terminally ill; they don’t have any other option except death. It is very unintelligent to base your feeling about PAS on religion because only god decides when our life ends. I wonder if that girl will feel the same way when she gets cancer and is so valiumed up she can’t even speak or hold her head up.
These people are very ignorant. Like the guy who said give the person more options; they don’t know all their options. What options are you talking about? Give them so much morphine so they cannot feel a thing?
The pain (not just physical) that terminally ill patients suffer is beyond anything I can understand.Assisted suicide is the logical choice. There is nothing to gain from letting them suffer-and forcing them to continue living in a physical hell because the family refuses to let them go is pure selfishness.
And for those of you who oppose what I have typed, apparently you have not had a loved one, Mother, Father, Sibling.........Spouse. When is enough suffering enough?
It does not matter. It happens everyday. Medications are given to relieve pain. At the end of life when the organs are shutting down, doctors have the right and the benevolence to KEEP THE PAIN AWAY. The body is shutting down. Don't you GET IT?
The person at 3:33 is very ignorant.
Why in the sam heck would a doctor kill himself?
He doesn't know what P.A.S is...
