  • hi

i had a pectoralis major tendon rupture and had surgery a little more than a month ago...i regained almost my full range of motion and don't feel any pain, besides a little in the outer shoulder are...

how long do you think i should wait, before resuming light weight training?

my next appointment with the doctor, will be in about 14 days...

  • @nEEdLzZz ask the doc that did the surgery

  • That is my problem. the lower part (sternal head) on my right side is smaller than my left, and i'm right handed. i don't bench press. i normally just do pullups, pushups, and run. what do you recommend ?

  • @mindovermatter87 get a help from a trainer

  • Plus I have a shoulder Joint problem Which no doctor seems to understand what it is..not even the x-ray specialist..

  • @GoodManMag see a specialist
