This is an alternate view of an exploding dye pack following a recent ban.

At approximately 9:04 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 a woman entered the Fidelity Bank at 3532 E. Harry in Wichita and demanded the tellers in the bank fill a bag with money. The suspect showed the tellers a small silver handgun. After robbing the bank she was last seen possibly headed southbound on Roosevelt in a black mid-size Ford SUV.

The suspect is described as an African-American woman in her 50s, about 53-54 tall, weighing over 200 pounds. She was wearing a maroon coat, black stocking cap, black sunglasses, dark pants and tennis shoes.

The woman may be seen in the photo included in this alert. A red security dye pack exploded following the robbery, tainting both the money and the suspect. Videos of the dye pack exploding may be viewed at the link below.
