UK based, East Anglian Trio, headed by "Rob Holmes", perform a cover version of Lenny Kravitzs' " Are you gonna go my way" live at "Walnut Tree Studios" in preparation for their debut in 2010 (ETA March).

As well as an obvious promotion for the band, the video is designed to display local talent and filming opportunities that are available in the community.

The audio is completely live, done in one take, complete with mistakes.

The video footage is 80% live, due to the atrocious snow that the UK has been experiencing in January 2010, the band were forced to perform the song again so that the two cameras that made it to location (Out of the four that were requested) could record the variety of shots planned.

Band Info:

The band have been together for 2 months, Rob and Jay met whilst performing session work for a UNICEF ambassador in Bremen Germany, Rob asked Jay if he wanted to be part of a blues/rock project he was starting. Jay agreed, and promptly invited Greg to try out for the band.

Rob has since parted company with Greg and Jay and would like to thank them for their efforts.

The band will eventually become an originals project.

Special thanks go to "Walnut Tree Studios" for the venue, as well as the live sound recording.

A very big thank you to Jenny Wilson, who despite difficult circumstances managed to co-produce, film and co-edit the video.

Also a very big thank you to the members of the audience who took up the bands invitation to watch them play, despite the awful weather.

A myspace for the band is being made but for any information befriend Rob at www.myspace.com/Robholmes09 or

  • Tah guys, the band has changed allot since this was recorded, and no one will beat Kravitz's version, just having a bit of fun, if you enjoy it then it's a bonus, if you didn't then that's fine, music is subversive :).

Our album is going to be out later this year, it's taken two years due to lineup changes but nearly there! :).
