~*Read Me*~
This is an entry for disneyfanatic2010's Disney Round 2 contest. Oh, and yes, this is most definitely a crossover =] However, I will like to start out to say that there will be a Part 2 even if I don't make it past this round, and I'm looking forward to making the next one. Also, I DO NOT CONDONE ADULT AND CHILD RELATIONSHIPS LIKE THIS ONE IN REAL LIFE. As you can tell, this video contains an adult/child relationship, so if you don't like that, don't watch.

The basic story is that Dimitri and Ariel used to be in love, but she was a mermaid, and he couldn't see how it could work, so he left. Ariel moved on, and she found a way to become human so she could marry Eric. A year or two later she had Melody.
12 years after she was born, Melody is very fond of the sea (like she is in the movie), and very much wants to be a mermaid like those she hears of. She doesn't know her mom was once a mermaid (just like in the movie).
Even though it's been a long time since Ariel last saw Dimitri, she still thinks about him from time to time, especially when she finds the locket that he gave her. She looks at it, and remembers the promise he made, and the one he broke (pretend that all back shots of Anastasia are Ariel).
Dimitri is now returning to the land he once left, and he's attending a ball. One that he doesn't know is held by Ariel for her daughter (this Anya you can, well, pretend is Anya xD). Dimitri sees Melody, and he's immediately smitten with her. Even though she is dancing with someone else, she still notices the man looking at her, and she's also feeling something for him.
As Dimitri walks down the stairs (ignore his sudden wardrobe change), he sees Ariel and Eric, and they see him. He's surprised, but he still manages to utter a cold greeting as he remembers when Ariel said "I love you" to him.
Melody somehow gets cake on her because she was distracted, and since she was embarrassed, she rushes out of the ballroom. Dimitri thinking this may be the last time he ever sees the castle, blows a kiss and leaves.
As Melody expresses how she likes Dimitri, Ariel progresses to remember how he used to be. Concerned and somewhat jealous, Ariel tells Melody to stay away from him. Melody, being the smart girl that she is, realizes that there's something that she doesn't know about. She storms off, and then she manages to bump into Dimitri. He tries to lighten the mood by making a joke about how she got cake on her dress.
Much later, Dimitri sees Ariel and asks how she turned human, then they joke a bit. Melody sees this and finally realizes what's going on. Melody runs off, and Dimitri relates this to when he told Ariel he was leaving. As Melody sleeps that night, Dimitri goes and tells her he's sorry for not telling her before, and leaves.
Eric, being the understanding man that he is, realizes that Ariel is still very much in love with Dimitri. He tells her to go off, which she does, and she turns back into a mermaid. At the same time, Melody is too turning into a mermaid.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is how Melody and Dimitri's Eternal Fishy Love starts =]

Yeah that is disturbing! Who would make a video like that?

@TayTaymagic It's supposed to be disturbing, again, just like I said in the comments. If I didn't think it was disturbing, that'd make me a little sick, yes? If you wanna know 'who would make a video like that?' Well, a person who doesn't think the world is all butterflies and fairies.

@TayTaymagic It's what I'm known for. The fact that I appreciate everyone's comment enough that I'm willing to reply is pretty nice, isn't it? I wish more people were like that. You don't need to tell me what to do, k?
