@richy1983zztop Yeah, they keep saying "it clean on the forwards and backwards pass" but they don't explain that they mean it dispenses liquid both in front of and behind the vacuum/agitator assembly.

I own one of these, and while expensive, it is the same unit rented by Lowes. Hands down, the best for pet stains and dirt, I am amazed at what comes up out of the carpet. Febreze and several other solution makers have products that work well with it. I also cleaned my car seats and carpets with the wand accessory. Holding up very well after 8 months of use.

They say this is better than rugdoctor and other rentals so what I want to see is that being put to the test here on hsn can't make the claim if you can't show it, just knowing it was tested in labratory isn't good enough for me , I want to see it being put to the test.

The demonstrations are live on-air (unless we run video footage shot by the manufacturer which is indicated). Within the item's scheduled airing time, we have to run through the demos every few minutes which isn't always enough time to show everything. But the benefit is that this is live TV, so what you see is what's actually happening with the product.
