I worked a state school with very self abusive clients. With a good psychologist and behavior program you can end these behaviors.I have seen miraculous recoveries. You do not need to use torture to stop bad behavior.

Spankings are bad but kids are allowed to be electric shocked does this make any sense. The government tortures people our enemies will destroy this country. A country reap what it sows. These kids are disabled they don't follow directions because they don't understand they shouldn't be treated this way.

@RamandoDMag what's even worse is that i've heard that even kids who have mild behavior problems are allowed in. And in turn, receive electric shock. Most of the kids that are hooked up to electrodes don't even need it and ends up as torture instead of treatment.

200,000 dollars a year? OMG what a rip off and fraudulent place. many of these kids have other health conditions like seizures and heart conditions where electric shock deteriorate there health or even kill them.
