B-52 AT-212 (AT-100, AT-112) Demo and Review

I got a new amp, and decided to demo it. It is an amazing amp, I love it!!! Please excuse my high nasally voice, puberty hasn't hit yet.

Settings for Gain 2:
Use D Standard for these.

A good Death TSOP era tone (it can be used for any metal, as I use it with my band)
Gain Channel
Gain: 7-9 (8 for Death)
Bass: 8.5
Middle: 4
Treble: 8
Contour (On): 6
Master
Low-Res: 10
Reverb: 1.5 for rhythm, 3-4 for leads
Gain 1:
Same, exept for less gain and contour off.

Clean channel:
A good Jazzy clean tone, doesnt sound as good downtuned.
Clean Channel
Bass: 8
Middle: 6
Treble: 7
Master
Low-Res: 10
Reverb: 10

the clean channel i think is fine on my 5150 it gets you by.

would you rather have a good clean or gain channel.

i honestly can careless about about cleans on amps, i can get good cleans out of pod farm.

gain channel is what is really hard to get sounding perfect, which i think the 5150 or 6505 is the perfect sound in metal. run a ts808 in the chain and your set.

6505 is one of the top heads you can buy for metal, its always been my go to head in my studio, i have one of these as well, it just sits there never gets used.
