Islam and Muslims appear to be waging a Jihad or Holy War against non-Muslims / disbelievers. However is this true or has it been fabricated to project Islam to be a religion of hate and intolerance? In this series of videos we visit what the scriptures of the major religions state about such a concept. Starting with the New Testament and Christianity we see what the 'religion of love' has to say about this matter. The first verse from the Bible is Luke 19:27, "But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them--bring them here and kill them in front of me."

It's explanation is the following, taken from the People's New Testament.

19:27 Those my enemies. This portrays the fate, not of church members, but of those who would not have the Lord reign over them. It embraces all the impenitent.
