My friend Elizabeth's adorable quaker parrot! He started laughing when we started laughing... making it even harder for us to stop.
***Cameron was found outdoors in Minnesota with only part of his upper beak.... fortunately he has been adopted to a wonderful loving home and as you can see he's loving it!***
