Warp to seaveiw church, then use the godbird stone and fly south. You'll see some clouds. Land there and touch the statue on top of the stairs. Follow the cave to the end and then do what they tell you to do and after that enter the heavenly Dais. (They tell you where it is) fight your way through and find a dragon. Defeat the dragon and then after that you can undertake the Dragovian Trials.
