I have not been able to figure out how to get the apophysis to move in scripts for me. It looks cool, thank you for posting.

You can use the default animation to make it rotate in the preview window. To save this as a video, you have to add a few lines of the script which save each frame individually, then compile them using a video editing program. I don't remember the exact script lines, but they can easily be found on script samples. It's just the part that saves the bmp file after it renders the frame.
