Hello ... I just wanted to say that Gail's workouts have assisted me greatly with obtaining the core strength I require to train for running. On days when I just don't feel like running outside due to weather conditions, I utilize her step workout into my exercise routine. She has such a lovely voice and manner. I loved this workout! It includes a warm-up, workout on the ball, and a cool down. You will need a resistance band or towel to do a few of the moves. I did the moves without the band and still felt like I got a great workout! I love the instructor's soothing voice! Thanks for the great video!
