Congested road traffic doesn't capture the mood of Banaras. In that respect it is just like any other city in UP. I guess you could have focussed on something that is unique to Banaras, the eternal city where time stops. Say, its sprituality or its rustic simplicity despite being a big city. Even its bad side if you like.

Hello, I love sincerly this city et my movie shows Varanasi without message.
My message :
I discovered a fantastic city with people very interesting and sympatic. My film does not want absolutely attacked the spirituality of Varanasi. I am sorry if you could be wounded by my images but it were really not my goal.
I prepare another film on the Indian music with Varanasi.
