The ending credits music is perfect to the end of a great show like this. And yet, the music still gives hope for the future.

none of any of these guys were riffing on crawling eye when it really came out. Crow was trace, tom was Josh and the host was joel

It's too bad they couldn't have kept on going, but it was one of - if not THE - best low-budget cult TV series to ever exist. Even though the series ended, as long as MST3k keeps passing from one generation to another in some form (VHS, DVD, Internet, etc.), it will never truly die.

It did not have to end.the si-fi network thought the ratings were slipping and they needed to make room for the lying scum bag pice of shit by the name of John Edwards,you know the jack ass that has convinced a whole lot of gullible morons that he can talk to there dead grandmothers.And about a year later his crap fest of a show was canned too,what a fucking waste.Im glad to see riff trax and cinematic titanic,but i will always crave my MST3K.thanks for all the good times.
