The entire time I just wanted to yell at the guy to keep squeezing! He just kept letting up for no reason. It's one thing to stop squeezing when nothing else is coming out, or the pus starts dripping everywhere, but none of that was happening.

If the sack containing the cyst is not removed, the cyst will come back. This is why it's the job of a Doctor to perform the removal, along with putting a stitch in it so it will heal without a scare.
