The NDP is surging. The climate is on the backburner. How are the Greens positioned heading into the federal election? Green Party of Canada leader Elizabeth May sits down with Steve Paikin.
Canada needs proportional representation already, but the Greens cant deliver this anytime soon. Imo the best strategy for greens is to join another party with half a chance of introducing proportional representation and push for it. Once thats in effect everyone can vote and have their vote count then Green will be measured on the merit of their platform and integrity(if any) and there will be less first past post monkey business
Good to see she's getting some coverage. I probably won't vote green this election, but she's got a great policy and if she manages to get some seats, I may vote for her next time.
Way to go Elizabeth!
