I like how people are telling you that you either do not have the 5.9 engine or that you have an R/T. From 1998 to 2003 the Dakotas had an available 5.9 on 4x4 models. If the Dakotas 8th digit of the vin code is "Z", then it came with a 5.9. I recently won $10 off a friend cuz he tried to tell me I couldn't find a Dakota 4x4 with a factory 5.9.

@chrisbrant11 apparently you do not know mopar. while the engine blocks look Identical the 360 has a bigger bore and stroke at 3.58X4.00 while the 318 is 3.31X3.91 the 360 is also balance differently and requires external weight

@bennetttiger2 I have this truck too, and it costed me $400 for all stainless piping, and 1 single in dual out Magnaflow SS muffler... Mines a 318 though, this is the 5.9l which has a lot more balls lol

Y pipe is out, she has true duals. They under the passengers seat, where they both run through high flow cats. From there on its nothing but free flowing pipe!
